Incline Bench Press 5x5
Chest Dips - 4x8
Military Press - 4x5
DB Lateral Raises - 4x8
BB Shrug - 4x8

TUES/FRI

Chin Ups - 4x8
Power BB Curls - 4x6
Dips - 4x8
Squats - 4x5

my friend, I applaud you. you have done your research.

this is a great program for a beginner such as yourself.

I do bench and incline on the same day, so don't worry. it's not a problem.

reps for you for listening to what people tell you.

Edit: also, do squats and deadlifts first on your lower body days. they take the most energy, so you should save the smaller ones for later and do the bigger ones first.

for sure this is a great begginer routine. Dont worry about flat and incline bench presses on the same day. there is no problem with that. plus you kinda have to because you have to keep the chest exercises together. Once again good job.

Do I use the same reps/sets for my incline bench as I do with my flat bench?

and..dumb question BUT, this will pack on maximum muscle if I eat right, right? Not just strength?

EDIT: Also, is it ok to add one or two isoloation quick exercises to each workout or no?
