    Nutrition/Supplement Routine?

    Quick Question.

    I have been working out for a month and would like to start taking supplements to aid in my program. Yesterday I went out and bought the BSN Mass Stack (Nitirx, No-Xplode, and CellMass).

    I need advice to the routine below. Any feedback is helpful.

    8:00 3 Nitrix
    8:30 – 9:00 Run
    9:00 2 Scoops Whey Protein/Oatmeal/Mulit-Vitamin
    12:30 Lunch
    2:00 1 Scoop CellMass
    3:00 3 Nitrix
    4:00 2 Scoops Whey Protein/Multi-Vitamin
    6:30 2 Scoops No-Xplode
    7:00 – 8:15 Run/Workout
    8:30 1 Scoop CellMass
    9:00 3 Nitrix
    9:30 Dinner
    12:00 2 Scoops Whey Protein
