Im comin forth with my progress. Ive been dieting for 3 months now. I used to weigh 185 now I weigh 142. I feel damn good. I just went by what I knew and made a diet plan out of it. I was on a 2000 calorie diet. 50% carbs, 30 % protein, 20% fat. Doing alot of boxing and 4 day a week weight training so I burned alot. Most of us know if you wanna lose fat you gotta..
-Cut out sugar (except fruit, i think fruits a whole nother story, just better to consume when you need kickstarts)
-Saturated fat should be low as possible (there goes sweet junk food)
-White bread, lose it like a skirt (white bread and most flours are bad for you in general, even on bulking)
-Farewell party to Pasta
- Up vegetables, nuts, beans, good fats
-Consume good ol' protein
-Multivitamin
-Oats, brown rice, grain bread or wheat, sweet potatos
Yeah those are some of the basics. But I think fatloss is more rapid if you have good health as well. So cut out all MUCUS forming foods. Foods that make us sick. studys show DAIRY does more bad than good. Milk is the biggest mucus forming food there is (even Skim). Beef is bad for you even red meat.
Tunafish, other fish, chicken, protein powders, soy milk, nuts, beans was my main source of protein. Im just saying this is what I did and these are my results. When I cut, I will be cutting out all dairy products and not so good meats. I would like to post my whole Meal Plan but i gotta head out rite now, ill post real soon and talk more about it. Peace
