    Celery

Is it true that celery has "negative" calories? Also, are green beans considered green, fibrous vegetables that are ideal for cutting? Thanks.

i believe you burn calories by eating. So the calories that you get from celery is less than what you are burning off in order to eat it. so lets say for instance that it takes 10 calories to eat/digest the celery. The celery only has 5 calories in it. So you lose 5 calories while trying to get 10 from it.

Not sure how many calories celery has, but it's not going to make a difference in fat loss.

I heard somewhere it takes so much to digest it because of what it is made up of, so yes negative calories in a sense.

Put a little peanut butter in it...that'll fix the negative calorie problem.
