My wife bought me a heart rate monitor, because I have always just did HIIT all the time and I got burnt out. I was wondering how you calculated you heart rate percentage. I was told to do more Low int. at 65 % of my max heart rate, but I don't know how to calc. it. Thanks

Age- predicted maximum heart rate (APMHR)= 220- age. So yours is 188 as a rough estimate. There's a much more in depth way to get your APMHR using the karnoven formula.
95% = 178
90% = 169
85% = 159
80% = 150
65% = 122old broken soldier
