    Question Isopure?

    How good is this protein? Is it good if you're trying to cut?

    it's fine. just look at the nutrient content per serving and compare it to others you are considering. zerocarb isopure has no carbs and pretty much no fat, so yes, it would be fine for cutting. i think i've heard people complain about the taste, but i use chocolate, and i like it OK.

    ive used the zero carb for a long time now, i love it! i like chocolate and vanilla, and i think they taste good. the "fruity" flavors are ok, but a little bland i think.

    my favorite shake lately-

    1 cup skim milk, carb countdown milk, or light soymilk
    1 scoop vanilla or chocolate isopure zero carb
    1-2 tbsp ground coffee
    1-2 tbsp calorie/sugar free hazelnut syrup
    some water

    mix and enjoy!
