Hey let's make and official sick thread. There's nothing more annoying than getting sick rite before a bulking diet, or in competition training and so forth. So post your reccomendations on what has worked best for YOU and so forth.

Consume more liqueds.
Increase Rest
Dont Train, Or Train Very Light
