    Hey let's make and official sick thread. There's nothing more annoying than getting sick rite before a bulking diet, or in competition training and so forth. So post your reccomendations on what has worked best for YOU and so forth.

    Ill Start, MAXIMUS_STATS reccomendations

    Double your intake of vitamin c.

    Drink more water.

    Consume more liqueds.

    Increase Rest

    Dont Train, Or Train Very Light

    My reccomended medicines:

    Benyline has worked ok...

    Home Made Aids:

    Warm Milk, with Butter

    Yogurt

    Herbal Tees

    NOW POST WHAT HAS WORKED FOR YOU, TO HELP OUT THE COMMUNITY

    5G Vitamin C / day, I like the chewables 1G at every meal

    Rest 8 - 10 hours

    1.5 - 2 Gal Water

    Avoiding snot nosed kids wherever I go.

    Actually I hardly ever get sick, even colds, but usually once a year I do get a cold that lasts less than a week. Vitamin C and Echinacea is all I take. Does anyone take small doses of Echinacea all the time to keep the immune system boosted?

    yep i have that too, i use it when im feeling not i myself
