    Question NO EXPLODE or OMEGA'S THUNDER/LIGHTNING STACK

    Hey guys. I was looking for some opinions. I am debating on wether to go with Omega's Thunder/Lightning stack or BSN's No Explode. I am an intermediate builder in the thick of working out. I have a good diet and work out plan. I prefer to just supplement with NO, creatine, Multi-vitamins and MRP's. I currently take the items listed below but would like to switch up the NO and creatine to one of the two forms listed above. Please let me know what you think.

    Current items in use:
    AST Nytro-pro-40 MRP
    AST Multi pro 32x
    Primaforce CEE (powder) quite nasty tasting
    MRI NO2

    Looking to replace:
    MRI NO2 and Primaforce CEE with either

    Omega's Thunder/Lightning stack or
    BSN No-Explode

    Here's some feedback from users:

    Thunder + Lightning

    Ed72338(used 1/2 dose of Lightning)

    +5 pound increase in bodyweight

    +45 pounds on squats
    +25 pounds on bench
    +15 pounds on shoulder presses

    Final Thoughts:

    Impressive results from an impressive stack. I have a decent history with cell volumizers and NO boosting products and I can say this is hands down hte best of all I've tried. I couldn't imagine using a full dose of 8 caps of Lighting as the first time I tried the pumps were insane. I was really impressed with the strength gains as I've tried simliar products and even Thunder. But the synergy in these two products was amazing. Not only did it increase raw strength but also endurance strength.

    I could have bumped the weight up on those lifts but I was wary of doing damage to my elbows.

    I decided not to ocntinue using the Lightning to see what the effects are. Strength is still pretty much the same, but endurance is down a bit. Obviously the pumps aren't nearly as intense but the pumps seem to last longer than before I used this stack. As for bodymass gains I'd estimate +5 muscle -2 fat which is impressive. I'm quite pleased with the results and will defintely run this stack again.

    Final Thoughts:

    I was very, very impressed with the pumps this product gave me. I was moderately impressed with the strength increase, as most of my lifts were up...just not up much. I didn't really experience and weight gain and didn't really notice that much of an energy boost, as some of the others were reporting.

    Final thought:

    Overall I am very pleased with the product and the results.

    I should have done more [weight] but I did not have a spotter and just stopped there just to be on the safe side. I had very good form and felt good.
