    How Hard Is It To Hit Protein Macros?

    Take ur time and answer this question.. since i live in a thrid world country its kinda hard to hit high protein macros. So if i weigh something like 63 kg what kind of meal would fit me for my protein intake if i would be strength training 2 times a week..

    I don't know what you can adford, but I sometimes get more protein than i need from dairy alone, and I see you list yogurt among various other options.

    FYI: you only need 0.7 gram protein per lb. That should be super easy with those foods.

    Looks like you have essentially what you need. This list looks good. If cost is a problem then eat more eggs, which I assume will be cheaper. You can get creative with it, check out the recipes thread.

    any good quality protein powders are good, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, turkey breast, whole eggs, center cut pork.... those are all cheaper options for good protein sources. Ideally you'd want to get in 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight
