15x bodyweight.. is used as an estimation.. this figure changes due to lifestlye and other factors.

It is impossible to know exact number but you can guess. Weight training, cardio, metabolism, genetics, muscles, water, thermogenisis, Gh IGF1 and Test levels are also important. You can measure but you will be off by about a 100 if you are nice and picky on nutrition.
