Calves cramp all the time!!!
Alright... For as long as I can remember my calves have always cramped up real easy. There was a time when where I would stop working out for a month or two but the cramps would never go away. I can be sitting down and my calves just tense up, like I am having a charlie horse. I am usually on my feet at work, but I don't consider it a demanding job since it's only about 20 hours a week. I sell supplements for godsakes. I've tried potassium and other amino's but nothing seems to work for me. Have you guy's experienced this with the calves or any other body part, if so, please give some advice to what would possibly work. I take in shakes and other supplements but my calves never seem to get full recovery. I plan on getting this checked out soon if the cramps don't subside. Also to note, I don't do calve routines for the simple fact that it would cramp up during the exercise, and I don't overtrain, so any help would be grateful .

What exactly is in the tomatoes that help me. Is it the lycopene. If so, I'll do some research on it and buy some at my store. Banana's and potassium (citrate form so I absorb more) doesn't do shiat for me. Thanks though, I'll look into it, anymore suggestions people.

Well, I'm getting enough water... But I think you caught me on the stretching part. I tend to focus more on upper than my lower. I'll be sure to throw in an extra 5-10 minutes next time on my leg routine.

Well, I guess there's no way around this problem. I'll just live with it. I'm sure a doc would recommend some shiatty prescription and that would be a waste of my time. Off for some major research. I'll try and post something up later about it.
