I put that name on there for some reason i dont really know.I am 12 and i have been lifting continuisly since age 11.Today was back/shoulder day.I didnt feel like it would be as good as it turned out until i got itno the workout.
I seen 165lbs on the bar so i just did one deadlift while i was waiting on my ipod to charge.Then i started the routine.
Bent over lateral raises:2x10 10 lbs

Front raises: 2x10 10lbs
Upright rows:3x10 40lbs
Military press superseted with behind neck press: 2x10 40lbs
Front pullups 1x6
rear pullups 1x6
Deadlift 1x8 115
deadlift 1x8 125
deadlift 1x8 145
Bent over db rows: 2x10 30lbs
