    links; free running basics, break dancing etc..

    Heya people..

    Basically i have 2 months before i leave for the army.. i find myself on the computer a lot, i was meaning to find something to do while at home all the time..

    So i would like to work on my vertical jump etc.. and any neat tricks i could do..

    Does anyone know any cool links which will help me in getting my vertical jump up? doing back flips? basic break dance moves.. etc...
