any feedback on these pics would be appreciated. suggestions, tips, whatever. just tell me what u think. belive it or not i have acually made some great gains in both size and stregth. i know these pics arnt to impressive, but im getting there. right now my main goal is to just pack on some size and get stronger. iv only been lifting seriously scince september. recently iv noticed more stregth in my arms and chest, so i must be doing sothing right.
ps- i wiegh about 175, my short term goal is 185, long term 200
