Ideas on How to Get a Great 6-pack?
I really need help getting a 6-pack. I only have a 4-pack, and that's when I flex. If anyone has any specific exercises on how to get a great 6-pack I'd sure like to hear them.

Bench: 250lbs.
Squat: 500lbs.
Deadlift: 400lbs.
Powerclean: 215lbs.

You have a six-pack already, unless you suffer from a genetic disease I've never heard of. Lose fat and you'll see the other two "cans".

yea i do! my local circle K here in baton rouge has budweiser products (ie bud light, budweiser) six packs for 4.99!!!! If i were you thats what i would do to get my six pack!
