Xceed? Before or After Shake.

Xceed contains a great package. The CEE and the Arginine for increased NO synthesis. I want to make sure I take Xceed separate from my shake in order to reap the benefits of the Arginine. Most would just throw it all together but it is better on an empty stomach when taking Xceed. Will taking Xceed, right before my workout, 1 hour after my shake be as effective?Anyways, here's the scenarios (I have done the research but have seen many conflicting articles, so I just need fellow opinions).

Scenario 1:

Protein Shake
1 Hour Later: Xceed right before workout

Scenario 2:

Xceed
1 Hour Later: Protein Shake right before workout

hey mate, i would have to say to go with scenario 1. Because its a powder it will take about 30 mins to digest.

if i can make a suggestion.

scenerio 1.

Protein shake 1 hr b4 workout
Xceed 15 mins before workout'

this would be alot better because it lets the xceed digest a bit whilst the protein should be fully digested ( if you had it with water and its whey)
