6:00am: protien shake(gainer), multi vit, table spoon of flax seed oil
9:30am: bran muffin, yogurt, water
12:00: can of tuna mixed with spinach and a tea spoon of ranch, water
4:00pm: shake ( 3 eggs, 1 banana, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup water, 1 cup orange juice, 1 teaspoon peanut butter)
6:00pm: chicken breast, brown rice, water
7:00pm: workout
8:00pmost workout shake( whey isolate )
9:30pm: cottage cheese
10:30pm: protein shake(whey conc), multi, flax seed

well without knowing your stats, it is hard to say, but you might want to figure out the calories for everything, to make sure it is enough. might want to consider a carb post workout as well. doesnt have to be something huge, just a replenisher or something. honestly though, i think you are doing a good job with it!
