    Please comment on my diet

    Here is a normal day for me. I eat pretty much the same thing every day. I will be pulling out carbs as i go to begin cutting up. I'm 6'00 about 235. (i haven't had a skin fold in a while but i'd say i'm about 16-18%bf)

    Morning Snack : (11:45a.m)

    Afternoon snack : (6:00p.m)

    Training : (7:00pm - 9:00pm)



    Post workout shake: (9:00pm)
