OK guys I am 128kg and have 30% bf ..... I want to get my bf % down to 15.... or less eventually. I basically want to lose my flab... and really start building the muscle..... what would be the best approach to achieve my goals.... i am currently working out 5 days a week.... lifting heavy with some cardio thrown in most days.... my diet is good... high protein low carb moderate good fats..... love dead lifts, squats, bench press, etc..... any advice would be great ..... PLEASE ONLY FROM PEOPLE WHO KNOW THERE ****.... NO WANNA BE'S......
