I recently got into bodybuilding and am looking for some general information on contests, competitions, what's involved, what it takes, etc etc. I figured this would be a good place to ask, but I don't really see any stickies. The few PMs I got were all for paid training and nutrition ... I'm fine with my own training and nutrition as is.
