how the hell did you get up to 150 posts????
Just eat man, there is no magic sup, food, drink.
You can only gain at a certain paste, and everyone wants to overcome that, but everyone has got limitations (naturally).
Just eat alot man.... thats all we can say, and thats probably all we will say.Training in Budokai Do.

I have the same problem, and unless I stick to a very strick diet and sleeping schedule I'll fall.
Later in the year, after summer I'm going to get some tren extreme. People have been gaining 20+ lbs after 6 weeks. You need PCT to keep the gained weight and strngth however.I need to eat more at work

some foods rich in calories:
-bananas (85 in a small one, 100 in a medium, 115 in a large)
-peanut butter (mine contains 125 calories per serving)
-semi-skimmed milk (48 calories per 100ml; a glass contains around 300ml, that's 144 per glass). don't drink the skimmed crap; have semi-skimmed or whole milk. far more calories.
-snickers bars (319 calories per bar - i have one after a workout every day for a quick simple carb/calorie delivery)
-oats (mine have 100 per pack)
there are quite a few more, but these are the ones i know of.
as for low-fat, high protein foods, eat tuna (30g per can), and cottage cheese (IDK the figures, but it's got a lot of protein and very little fat).
i also recommend supplementing with casein and creatine. cottage cheese before bedtime won't cut it for keeping you anti-catabolic throughout the night. you need a good micellar casein supplement for that. i have Reflex Micellar Casein, but it's very expensive - go for Syntrax Matrix 5.0 instead. it's a lot cheaper and it's just as good.
i started supplementing with casein and creatine just over 4 weeks ago. i've gone from 153lbs to 157. 4lbs in 4 weeks; 1lb a week. they are great supplements to use; i strongly recommend them.
and you should also be taking whey, a multivitamin, fish oil and Vitamin C (helps with muscle recovery a lot).
hope this helps.

I found that if I eat right and lift hard and strong, everything will come together. I was losing fat while getting slightly bigger, which was the ultimate combination. It helped get my abs out, and all my other lines.
Personally, just lift big.

Hey Ronnie coleman :|, My tip to you is to eat 6 times a day, Get some protein powder to supplement your meals, buy some protein powder and add some dextrose which you can buy from your local suppermarket or healthfood shop, I don't think it would be good to be eating fatty foods, because it will make it harder losing the fat as there would be more of it. Find out your daily calorie requirement and eat 1000 calories more then you should be. If your after a clean bulk, jus load up the oats, chicken, pork and tuna. BEST WITH THE GAINING...remember EAT!, SLEEP!, TRAIN!, the three things that make you gain. GOOD GROWING
Life is to short to be small
The harder you push the better the gains

Eat nothing but eggs, oats, and essential fats.

Quit worrying so much about "if I eat this, I'll get fat" or "I only want to gain solid muscle." As skinny as you are, you need to start eating more...eat anytime you can...just make sure it's not junk food and McDonald's 24/7...like someone above said, make sure you're emphasizing your lower body training and getting lots of rest. Eat as much as you possibly can whenever you can...that's all I have to say.
