Do you work your chest that much becuase maybe its just me if you can curel 135 and you work that hard at your chest you could bench more than 225 espically if you been working out for a year harcore not trying to crack just wondering?

So if you are telling the truth (which is a phenominal feat as i have never met anyone who has benched 225 at under 15 inch arms). Then you really need to eat more.
when people say EAT the thing is you may think **** im eating 3 HUGE meals everyday. The thing is, although you may not think it, 6, yes 6 is how many you should have, trust me, people will think youre a Meso.
oh, you do look ecto. But most young teens do

hmmmm, those lifts look ok i suppose, although i agree with lintford on this one, that curl weight looks slightly suspicious with arms like that.
at the moment my arms are 15.4 and im curling 75 for 10, 10, 8, 6,
your arms aremuch smaller than mine, and yet you can curl nearly double what i can? you taking a run up?
clearly we cant see the rest of your body, but the bench looks a little suspicious... but as i said im not sure.
and your an ecto* failure to prepare, prepare to fail *

Im not sure you know what "gay" means. To use "gay" in that form makes you look like you have no education. So next time think before you talk. Sexiest piece of ****.NO, I won't play that game, where the clothes make the person and we all look the same. RIGHT NOW, I have no fear, 'cause the kids will see the truth and not how it appears

In all seriousness, I suppose you meant to use 'sexist'. Dislike of homosexuals doesn't qualify as 'sexist', that term refers to gender. Nice try though, dickweed. So much for your superior education.

So size and strength are 2 totally different things and methods of training. This guy's numbers seem more than reasonable.
Now I am not saying they are 100% accurate, but they are definiately reasonable.5'10
