    what does this excersise do?

    the one where you do like a reverse pushup.you lay on the floor grab the bar (on the smith machine) and pull yourself up.Body start parraler to the ground and you pull your upper body up...

    did it in football workouts. good workout but unless your really fat. you should be adding weight. its good for end of workouts as a burnout
