and what about Universal Animal CUTS too? its ok if i add some GReen Tea caps?

At 16, taking Animal Cuts is NOT a very good idea, and the label clearly states that too. Lipo 6 is not a good idea at your age either, at 16, you only need a multi, which you have, and the fish oil and protein are good too. Green Tea is a good addition too. At your age, just watch what you eat and stay active and you should lose the weight.
