    yeah Argingine is in alot of products, including protein powder, but these won't be stopped at the border, becasue the form that this Arginine is in isn't dangerous, only Arginine by itself is (according to Health Canada)

    Ok... here's an idea. Maybe arginine increases the effectiveness of creatine. Greater bloodflow, greater cellular energy production?

    I know for a fact whenever I started mixing AAKG and CEE my workouts went to a whole 'nother level. I was setting PRs right and left - and that was NOT a placebo effect. I have never gotten that kind of result off creatine alone.

    I never ever take arginine suppliments by themself, I always stack them with creatine. Just my 2c.

    yea i just read about this a couple weeks ago..i dont remember exactly how much is too much but i know that if you take too much than you can get headaches, stomach aches, and diariha..(idk how the **** to spell it)
