there are thousands of different pasta sauces. how would we know which one you are using and what the nutrition facts are?

Check the nutritional info, some have added sugar.
But for the most part, tomato sauce is good for you because it has *duh* a lot of tomato's which are and awesome asset to your body's health. Just look for the most natural kind you can find. I.E shortest Ingrediants among other stuff.Height- 5'6
