there are thousands of different pasta sauces. how would we know which one you are using and what the nutrition facts are?

Check the nutritional info, some have added sugar.
But for the most part, tomato sauce is good for you because it has *duh* a lot of tomato's which are and awesome asset to your body's health. Just look for the most natural kind you can find. I.E shortest Ingrediants among other stuff.Height- 5'6

Just watch the sodium man...a lot of tomato sauces have added salt (and sugar, like someone said)....
I'd recommend making your own sauce...add your own spices (garlic and italian are ok to eat) instead of buyhing that preserves **** from the store.

Lotsa commercial pasta/spaghetti sauce have tons of unwanted sugar/fat inside. Likebrayj789 mentioned, check the nutritional info.
I'd go for plain ol' salsa plus tabasco for an additional zing if i were you. Much Much healthier.

i use the ones from healthy choise... its got the lowest calories and no sugar out of all the sauses in my asile

Pasta sauces are great, full of fibre and antioxidants (lycopene).
Go for a brand with low added sugar.

I use Ragu Organic pasta sauce on my chicken. It tastes good and there's nothing wrong with the ingredients/nutrients.
