*Austin Powers Voice* "Bend over baby, but I can't promise just a few inches!"
I finally decided to lean up, give up drinking and night time socialising and get back on track with a full bodybuilding lifestyle (mostly) the changes have been well worth it...
And my career will benefit no doubt. I think six pack abs are a requirement for action movie heroes these days - or even just muscular actors.7ft Tall Bodybuilding Actor

Thanks, getting there. I'm in the new Yuen Woo Ping film being released world wide in cinemas in Feb 2010 for Chinese New year. It's only a small part, about 5 minutes but I play with the late David Carradine, and it was an honor for me to work with him as one of my childhood influences.
"50-55 seconds you see me fighting briefly. Just before this scene I did a scene with David Carradine, and after this scene I go to beat up a child. Awesome. The Director, Yuen Woo Ping (did the fight scenes for Kill Bill, Matrix, etc) is one of if not the best fight choreographer in the world.
The whole set was designed to make us foreign fighters look awesome. The lighting, the effects, the entire set was designed to make us look intimidating and powerful - it worked.
It was a pleasure working with Master Yuen Woo Ping and I would jump at the chance to work with him again."7ft Tall Bodybuilding Actor

Nearly everyone is a little guy to me so it is going to happen from time to time in movies, in fact did you ever see a movie where the big monster won?
So did Dolph Lundgren in Rocky.
So did the Predator by Arnold.
Etc...
Besides the guy who kicks my ass is the next Jet Li (he had to return to Asia to learn English after his last foray into the US market). No really he is, he is very, very good but his English was no good before. Jackie Chan recommended he go back and perfect his English.
Inside info you only get from working with the stars.
BTW The guy I am fighting in the clip gets whopped by me and is a MAJOR Chinese TV star and was a pleasure to work with7ft Tall Bodybuilding Actor

Id like to know this too, HOLY ****. im guessing around 5000 cals maintenance LOL.
im pretty into foreign action flicks and props to you for what you're doing. I notice in a lot of foreign action movies that the main character usually has to fight some huge white guy along the way and thats you!Remember that guy who gave up? Neither does anyone else.

My scenes took about 5 days, there is the end of another fight before this one and a little more afterwards, the entire fight sequence with all 4 wrestlers took a month to film.
There were several hundred extras, sorry I don't know the exact figures but 300-500 for this scene, which is why filming in China helps keep costs down.
Choreography was done on the spot, it took no time at all. But we were working with Master Yuen Woo Ping (Matrix, Kill Bill, hundreds of Chinese films) AND for a nice change he'd ask us if we could think of what next, and we were actually working with him to choreograph the fight scenes which is why they came out so good.
Many inexperienced choreographers will tell you what to do and plan the fights without even asking what you can do, this always ends up with a substandard fight as no-one has experience fighting as well as you know your own moves.
I have another very good scene coming in a movie called "Mystic Blade" where the Director, the Star and myself all work together on the fight - it is not as technical as this but with full 100% hits it is f'n brutal and looks it on film.7ft Tall Bodybuilding Actor

No it's Guo Xiao-dong.
But I have had my photos put forward for Jackie Chan's next movie, we'll just have to wait and see what happens with that one.
