I never say my lifting stats because you always get one 'person' who claims to lift twice as much as I do and they eat three times more too.

To put it another way when I was wrestling I trained for strength a lot more, back then i could bar curl 220lbs for a hard workout... OR I could armcurl 40lb dumbells for an intense workout - depends upon how you use or abuse the weights.

I have gotten most of my work by myself, the way the industry works is that you need to prove yourself before anyone in LA will represent you. This is where I think I am in my career at present, but then you need to be in LA, which I am not, to have a relationship so they can build a trust that they can recommend you without ruining their reputation.

If you really want to learn how I detailed it all as I actually did it over the last few years on my website, including the techiniques and strategies I used, a lot of them did not work but enough did, but the articles were written when I was trying different ideas out.

And release date for Vikingdom is 12th Sept for Malaysia/Singapore/Belgium/Germany and October for Thailand and Ukraine and other countries have not had release dates officially confirmed as yet. The big question is whether or not it will get a US cinema release?

Photos on set: No, smaller productions you sometimes can, but large pictures no way.

Vlogs: I played with the idea on www.cookingwithconan.com but it got such a poor response for the time and effort that I did not even bother to put most of videos up.
