    pro's and cardio.......

    i know it is a rarity but who are the pro's that use little if any actual direct cardiovascular work.............example david henry,and dexter jackson(he uses only a little bit)

    They are pro bodybuilders. They do lots of cardio, cuz its a necessary action in contest prep. There are a few exceptions like Dave Henry and Dex

    Yeah dude, they all do cardio for contest prep atleast... but some like Dex, etc. who don't get AS big in the off and or have faster metobolisms prolly just don't have to do as much.

    I won't say that I don't believe them... cuz who knows. If you don't put on alot of extra fat in the off and have a really fast metobolism its possible that some of them can get away with little to no cardio.

    Yeah I bet most do some form of cardio. And it's not uncommon for people to prefer doing cardio in their own homes. So you can never be too sure.

    darrem charles said 15lbs is the most weight he puts on in the off season. im sure by changing his diet hes able to get his bf down to around 4-5% without any cardio. its really only the guys like jay who put on 30+ pounds in the off season who need to do cardio to get their bf down to low single digits.

    Charles should do a lil more cardio. He tends to hold more water in his glutes and hams. Who knows what cardio a few times a week could do as far as pushing that water out of the legs.

    I really like Darrem but ever notice his chest looks funny (when viewed from the side)? I watched the O last year on big screen and that really jumped out!

    you can lose the majority of your contest fat by diet aone. cardio can be done sparingly with fat loss success.
