Houston, Tx - Lfting Buddy Needed
Been lifting for about 5 years, but saw no gains for the last year and a half. I re-dedicated myself this week and am looking for a serious liftiing partner to push me. I'm 170 now with a goal to get to 190 in less than 2 years (naturally)... while training for my 7th marathon this year ;-) I have been able to put lean mass on while training for a marathon in the past, but given my new routines I have recently learned, need a good partner to help push me. I am currently a city-wide YMCA member, but am thinking of changing that.
Times: I would prefer evenings. I work in an industry where about 60-70% of the time I could meet at around 6 pm, but the other 40-30% of the time would be as late as 8 pm. I wouldnt want to start as late as 9 pm as sleep and rest are very important. While not preferable, I would consider 6 am.
