Has anyone heard of Proti-Pasta (Protein Enriched Pasta)

Hi folks, does anyone have any experience with this stuff?

I would like to know if it would be a good alternative to normal pasta and oats and if so, where the hell can i get my hands on this stuff?

    Cheers.

What are the nutrition facts on it? Fat/carbs/protein?

I like Barilla Plus pasta, it's got 10g of protein per 2oz serving. It's very, very easy to overeat pasta so make sure you're taking it easy. In general though, think of pasta as a carb source and the protein is just an added bonus. Don't go eating pounds of pasta simply because there's some extra protein in it.
