    Bodyfat estimate please! 14yr old 162lbs

    Im at the second month of bulking, and i've gained about 10 good pounds so far, I think my bodyfat isnt too high where i should start cutting yet so i think im gonna continue, I took them in bright light, where i look the worste, but oh well i guess it truly shows everything, im guessing around 16-17% whatta u guys think?

    That's a good guess! Obviously you can only tell by getting a body fat test, but you don't look fat so that's good! Keep up the good work and keep lifting hard!

    I have commented in your threads before and have been following your progress--personally as someone who has been bb for about 15 years and have judged competitions, I never thought it was a great idea for guys your age to bulk.     thanks guys, and sportsshrink, yeah I know i hate losing my cuts, but i'm probably gonna be starting jv football this year prolly playing varsity and i needa really compete if not overpower these guys, im just trying to get as big and strong as possible in the shortest amount of time...so tons of carbs and 200 grams of protein a day is what im doin hah....After football season when i rech 175lbs im going to cut to around 165 and when i cut im gonna cut hard, down to like 6% I cant wait to see the muscle ive put on.

    First of all 10% is REALLY LEAN, so 6% is too much to shoot for. We are all too used to seeing 18% guys claiming to be 5% that makes people who keep seeing them think they are a low % whn they really are quite a bit fatter. You have good mass for your age, stay natural, you don't need the junk.

    dude thats pretty good but if ur on a diet for football 200 grams of protein uve got to be kiddin i get 50 in one meal i get about 400 grams of protein im 14 too im also going to be starting jv at qb and might get some varsity time there but realisticly get varsity time at db

    ok? See if you have kidneys in 20 years....retard, do u realise how hard it is on your kidneys to digest more then 40 grams of protein per meal, and 400 grams a day for a 14 yr old? I dont believe that, and if you do your so stupid, 200 grams is like 1.3 times my weight, and im gaining muscle off it so i think im good.

    Calves- 15.5"

    You look great though. Great maximum lifts, I would guess 14-15% bodyfat, and about 28 years old. But if you're 14, I should just give up now like someone else said.
