Im at the second month of bulking, and i've gained about 10 good pounds so far, I think my bodyfat isnt too high where i should start cutting yet so i think im gonna continue, I took them in bright light, where i look the worste, but oh well i guess it truly shows everything, im guessing around 16-17% whatta u guys think?

Hey man
I have commented in your threads before and have been following your progress--personally as someone who has been bb for about 15 years and have judged competitions, I never thought it was a great idea for guys your age to bulk. I think you just end up looking like a fat kid. Keep lifting hard, eat clean and you will naturally put on muscle. If you need any specific advice hit me up on yahoo messenger

thanks guys, and sportsshrink, yeah I know i hate losing my cuts, but i'm probably gonna be starting jv football this year prolly playing varsity and i needa really compete if not overpower these guys, im just trying to get as big and strong as possible in the shortest amount of time...so tons of carbs and 200 grams of protein a day is what im doin hah....After football season when i rech 175lbs im going to cut to around 165 and when i cut im gonna cut hard, down to like 6% I cant wait to see the muscle ive put on.

dude thats pretty good but if ur on a diet for football 200 grams of protein uve got to be kiddin i get 50 in one meal i get about 400 grams of protein im 14 too im also going to be starting jv at qb and might get some varsity time there but realisticly get varsity time at db
