How often should you work a lagging body part?

How many times a week should you work a lagging bodypart? Also should you do the same workout for a body twice a week or do a differen't type or workout for the same body part?

    Thx

The best method for reaching a lagging bodypart is to train it first in the week....even if its arms, something im about to start doing i think....that way they're fresh and you'll get a killer workout.

agreed, but ad to that training the laggind body part twice a week and eating apropriatly.

train all other body parts once a week so ass to send all growth primarily to that lagging bodypart, this way you even out. if you have variuos lagging body parts I think you should choose one at a time to grow specificaly. Once you reach your goal change to the other one and just do maintanance for all others, until you even it all out and than grow everything equally from there on.

Also if a body part is laging try and shock it. Mix up the work out you do for the body part or try some new excerise for it and that should help!
