Well, do you workout? What's your workout split like? Eating ridiculously doesn't matter if you're not eating the right stuff. As you're a beginner, do a search on the forum for Rippletoes workout program. Also, read info from the stickies as far as what to eat. Also, as you're built very lean, eat loads of carbs. Learn the basics, practice them, repost with pics in 6months for some critiques. Learn the basics, and train with intensity. Last rep, best rep.

thanks for the advice. Its quite a relief from the loads of posts like i got earlier said "one of the worst i think ive ever seen. never post again!"

Heh, my workout consists of mainly benchpress, curls, decline, lunges, pushups, situps(when i feel like it). thats about it, mostly from lack of equipment and laziness though
