when i train my arms
standing DB curls 3 sets of 6 - 12
standing DB hammer curls 3 sets of 6 - 12
standing DB curls 3 sets of 6 - 12
i find that im failing on 5-6 after my 3rd set of the first excersice, so i reduce the wait, and i can do 3 sets of 12 for everythign and have juice left after all 3 excersices...
what should i do. thanks
