    5kg to heavy, 2.5kg to light

    when i train my arms

    standing DB curls 3 sets of 6 - 12
    standing DB hammer curls 3 sets of 6 - 12
    standing DB curls 3 sets of 6 - 12



    i find that im failing on 5-6 after my 3rd set of the first excersice, so i reduce the wait, and i can do 3 sets of 12 for everythign and have juice left after all 3 excersices...

    what should i do. thanks

    i dont think u get it ... my muscles die on the second excersice, and then by the 3rd excersice i cant even do 1 rep.... its bad to go into muscle failiure... please help!

    I do

    10 kg, 3 x 8-10

    i started at 7.5kg, you just need to push, youl notice each week youl be able to go those extra few reps. Just be patient and train hard.

    well if you can do the 1st set and die on the second set your most likely not having enough break time between sets to recover...

    I pump with the weight i want to do for reps in a few weaks until i reach failure, then drop to my weight ive been doing for remainding reps. Then start again next set.

    Works well for me.
