For the purpose of the refeed...
steel cut oats or the quick cook oats in the big canister.
Please don't say steel cuts

Any oats will work. I prefer Quaker Whole Oats myself.

You guys had mentioned not to drink water 60 min. before & after the refeed. Is it ok to eat the oatmeal w/ water or should we use milk?

The water is only so you dont get or bloated. The water you need to use to cook the oats is a given.

I mix the dry oats with the honey and raisens and it makes a gooey mixture I can make into a bar almost, I put it in the fridge so it can harden up a little and then eat it like a candy bar.
