Basically I need your opinions. I am getting serious about lifting, for personal satisfaction, and of course since I am in San Diego, I visit the beach pretty often.
SHOULD I GO ON A BULK, then cut later?
OR SHOULD I CUT NOW, then bulk later?
(I know most would say bulk now cut later, but I just wanted some opinions after judging my particular stats and pictures).
Here are my stats:
Please check the pictures and let me know what you guys think!!! NOTE: THE FIRST PIC IS UNFLEXED (KINDA PUSHING OUT THE GUT A LITTLE).. THE SECOND PIC IS FLEXED (KINDA SUCKING IT IN TRYING TO LOOK HARD LOL).

145lbs. (Fluctuates from 142 to 146 depending what I ate the day before).
11-13% BF (according to my caliper pinch test).
Meso/Endo.
Currently on a maintenence diet, not cutting nor am I bulking.

Even at 155 if you cut you'd be really skinny. The abs would come out, but you won't have much muscle mass on you. I agree to (clean)bulk to around 180, then cut.
