Answer: Eat 1500 cals a day and do a ****-ton of cardio. Go get a deep tan and shave all your body hair. Lift weights but dont focus too much on anything but abs, since at 1500 cals a day, you will be losing most of your muscle anyway. End result = 150lbs with 4% BF, 27 inch waist and 10 inch arms. Have fun!

You may be right, but just to let you know, a lot of people (including myself) honestly do not want that physique. I had that body about 3 yrs ago. I had been working out for about 2 years and I decided to cut. I am a natural ecto, so cutting was pretty easy for me, but I took it to the extreme. I cut cals way too low and ended up at about 6'2'', 165 lbs with 6% BF and I had great definition and vascularity, but with a shirt on I just looked like your average kid that didnt even lift. I hated it, and I began to feel tiny. Now I am 190, probably around 12-13% BF, abs are a little blurry as I am bulking, but still visible. ANd guess what? When I cut again it will never be to that physique again because I do NOT like it.

I still don't understand why everyone hates on Brad. He probably has a better body than a lot of the misc section. He's lean, he has arms/chest/abs. He is not a bodybuilder and has never claimed to be a bodybuilder. I'm sure he's happy to eat healthy, lift and stay healthy.

sorry but im just so over reading about this guys body in THAT movie.... and just to show im not a complete hater, yeh he had a better build and size in TROY, but in FC he was just skinny with low BF% showing those abs...

anyways, everyone has their own taste and preferences, some ppl like the beach boy brad pitt look, and if thats what theyre are aiming for then good luck to them, as long as they dont claim thats the "ideal" look then there wont be any problems

I don't think it's people hating on brad, it's just hating on the media that does **** like compare brad to like arnold as muscle bound screen hunks.

He has an obtainable physique, it's athletic, not huge but toned enough, yet girls rave about it like it is the best body on earth. I'm sure his looks have more to do with it though.
