People who know me know that I would have recommended Nectar before I started repping for them. I like substance and GF pro, but I love Nectar. I really like the Bioplex's Pure WPI as well as Scifit's.
As far as which on efrom your list.
Divide the number of protein grams (20 grams) by the size of the scoop (22grams) to get the protein by volume (91%) and choose the one with the highest percentage. If its not close to 90% protein by volume keep looking.Last edited by bigbrick; 07-11-2006 at 09:07 PM.

Out of what you have listed I would go with the IDS, but you should really look into some of the other protiens such as Dymatize, Nectar and GF Pro. I don't know if they have those down under but if they do check em out.Originally Posted by Strikos
