Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought. What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know.

I have to disagree. Back when roids were legal I got them from the local town Dr. and his pharm. doughter filled the order. My legs got so big I had to get different pants and I can say I didn't eat well at all. I certainly didn't eat high protein back then just weights and roids. After stopping them because the Dr. was afraid he would get a visit from the drug people my leggs went almost back to where they started. These days being smarter it's weights and high protein some supps and that's it. This was back in the 80's and everyone in the gym was doing roids. We had one guy that would go out at night and pull up street signs just to see if he could, this was the same guy that also broke into the local vet clinic to steal animal growth hormone.

Americans amuse you? I am ok with that. Laugh as much as you want to. So long as you accept your oppinion does not count. I am ok with that too. And as far as misguided I think not. You are entitled to your oppinion though. So whatever you want to think of me or anyone else for that fact is ok. Is this the best you can do for a response? So Im standing at this bar/club drinking my last beer when out of no where some dude cheap shots me. After i stand up hes no where to be found and I guess he ran out of the bar. Within minutes 10 cops were there and every body is flipping out, the bouncer figures out who did it and point him out to me. Cops ask what I want to do and Im just like, I dont eve know who did it. But I didnt even have words with anyone the whole night, so it was a completly uncalled for punch. After seeing the dude I would have complety destroyed him. 130lb "thug" with XXXXL white tee, so Im pissed that I didnt get an oppurtunity to throw a punch myself.

The punch wasnt that big of a deal, but it chipped a few of my teeth and now they are all sensitive when I bight into food. Why is everyone a punk these days? yesterday morning we had r football workouts r max we have one the begining of the summer middle of summer and at the end of the summer(iron Man) well im 14 going on 15 and idk if u have ever felt the way i did yesterday. In the begining of the summer i could barely squat anything maybe 115 yeah laugh haha i did 2 im not small and im not big just cant do alot well i surprised the coaches and friends squating 175. yeah ur probably saying wow thats not that great buy hey in 1 month putting on squat 60 pounds of weight..thats better than anything and my best friend knew i could do it but he couldnt belive it and it just makes me work harder for the last day of summer workouts

hey yea over the years , well i started training when i was 13 and now im 17 and ive realized sure bodybuilding is good and fun but centering your life around it isnt going help you at all. Think about it this way say you get really really huge maybe not even really big but nice muscle compostion. Ok now say you spent all of your teenage years obtaining this and doing nothing else. Ok so speed forward to a few years and say you have a car wreck and it does something to one of your arms , legs, etc. All that hard work is gonna be poured down the drain. Its going to practically be like youve never worked that muscle in your life or not have function over it at all. Besides that anything can happen to you. You could get cancer or something like that. We sometiems think were invincible and in control but were not. Once you realize that things become more clearer. I dont mean to get all religious but my personal belief that ive just now really understood that its better to work towards something that is lasting rather than temprorary. Im a Christian and ive learned that if we do what God commands us, he will reward us in heaven with things that are lasting ok. Seems to make sense doesnt it ok?

I personally think that there's nothing funny about this thread. Until I started playing football and other sports along with weights and dieting, I was quite over weight at a 43" waist at 220lbs no muscle.

Nobody is perfect, nobody. Even someone who appears to have a perfect body will have other imperfections, maybe small down below, maybe mental issues etc...

Some people have medical conditions that cause them to be over or under weight no matter what diet and exercise they do.

Other people just have genetics to be skinny or over weight and they can't do much about it no matter what lifestyles they have.

But I do agree that the people who don't have medical issues and are "healthy", who don't exercise or eat properly is why they are over weight and they can do something about if they wanted to.
