    injury question help plz!

    have this injury around my wirst area which i got when i did side lateral raises. after seeing a doctor and applying medication, it still does not seem to be getting much better.i will feel pain when i do pushing actions like push-ups and tricep pushdowns. any1 knows what kind of injury i got? (i stopped training for a week already).
