Hey guys. Currently my trainer made a Push/Pull/Legs program, for size and strength, focuse is on compound exercises, with a couple of isolations in the end. Is it balanced in terms of development of musculature and anterior/posterior chain? Push : Bench Press 3x6-8 Incline Dumbbell Press 3x6-8 Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3x6-8 Lateral Raises 3x10-12 Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension 3x10-12 Pull : Chin Ups 3x6-8 Barbell Rows 3x6-8 Dumbbell Rows 3x6-8 Reverse Flyes 3x10-12 Barbell Curls 3x10-12 Legs : Squats 3x6-8 Romanian Deadlifts 3x6-8 Lunges 3x6-8 Leg Curls 3x10-12 Calf Raises 3x12-15 I'm thinking of doing the workout at least for a couple of months, see how it goes. What do you guys think?
