Most Effective Hoodia Product
I've been spending days contemplating what is the most effective hoodia product on the market. I've been searching around these forums as well but to my dismay, I haven't come across any sort of information. I know folks here are using hoodia, and there are several hundreds of products scoured on the internet. So it's hard to differentiate what's a good product and what's not.
Any ideas as to what good Hoodia products are? If so, how much lbs can you lose potentially in one month's time, with exercise included? (I'm about 260lb, 6"1)
Thanks, folks.

Hoodia is not a fat burner it is just an appetite suppresent. Basically appetite is supressed, you eat less, you lose weight.

The only published study on hoodia is this one on rats:

Pfizer decided not to patent is active glycoside P57, meaning they did not find it worked as an appetite supressant.
