Simple. Get ON Whey Vanilla flavor. Add in water+powder in a blender. Throw in a banana and some strawberries and mix it up. Throw it all in a tall glass over ice and enjoy. I usually don't mix it with ice because it fills me up. Over ice is much smoother.

Yeah I wouldn't regularly consume raw eggs due to the small percential chance of catching salmonella or some other odd-named diseases. But if you do run out of protein mix I tend to mix 3 sliced bananas 1 cup of milk 4 eggs and you could also add 1-2 cups crushed ice and maybe 1-2 tbs of sugar if you don't like the taste and blend it all up. It seems to go down fine and provides me with about...25 grams of protein just from the eggs and the potassium from the banananas goes good too. And that usually suits my protein needs for that day, but just remember to pick some more protein up before having to chug more eggs.
