Gnc Brands are they any good
Whats sup, Im a new member just doing some reading on certain things. I been working out to stay in shape for hs baseball. But now im done and I want to get big i wanna put on about 20 more lbs by the summer. I have my own weights in my house and i am in college when i go back i will have a weight traiing class every tuesday and thursday. I never used any supplements. I have read a lot about it and i been missing out on a lot. My dad just got me Gnc brand of whey protein, glutimine and creatine. I would like to no if these are any good? He went to the store cuz i sent him to get me protein and the guys end up selling him the rest.

Well its good stuff I suppose. But the main thing is its over priced. Next time buy your supplements online at bodybuilding.com they have good prices. You might want to take that creatine with grape juice.

Hmm 12 pds of whey for 65 bucks isn't over priced.....
But yes most of there products are.....And bb.com is not the cheapest for supplements there are much better that i can't post because of the censors www. d p s n u t r i t i o n . com ...

my brother bought gnc whey protein. it sucks. the sodium is high, and apparently, if your protein has a high sodium level, it's not taht good of a quality protein.

I like the Multi-vitamin from there but other products weren't so great. The ZMA gave me sleep problems. Which is odd because it is suppose to help you sleep better.

i like their vitamins and their ZMA......the ZMA has worked great 4 me. i also use their brand of arginine.

They are good products
GNC makes good store brand products. They are a expensive, but you can trust what your buying.
I've always had good results with them, and the offer your money back if your not satisfied with taste or results.Don't Support Companies that are suing me!!

I've used GNC's Mega Whey, and Mega MRP and multi vits. pricing up here in Canada wasn't bad especially with the gold card. I made good gains with both. Up from 169 in August to 192 in late December and still same 32 waist.

yup, i've used them and got great results fro the past 2 years. The card plus buy one get the second 1/2 off is a good price. I am using N large now just for some variety.
Is it just me or do you think it's nasty when gay people kiss in public? Hahaha!

Sorry to ask a question on this guys thread but my friend gave me a tub of gnc whey for christmas but i alreayd have 5 pounds so i dont need it, can i take it to gnc and exchange it for creatine?

They'd be great if they charged 50% less for their products. The whole point of a household brand is to have decent products, at competitive store prices, it doesn't work when they make Biotest and Hustle-Tech look like f*cking bargains.
