    Question cardio question for burning more calories...

    I usually do 30 minutes cardio at the gym after my workout, should i do 2 15 minute sessions, or just stick with doing it once for 30 minutes???

    I heard smaller sessions for cardio was better, but I never really knew the reason. What is the reasoning behind this?

    well, there is such a thing as afterburn. so if u split into 2 workouts, the afterburn time is increased, thus, more calories burned...
