Help Me Out Here I Started Lifting Like For About 2 Months Now After Taking Like A Year Off, And Im Becoming Desperate Because Im Still The Same.
Im 6'1 Ish And Weigh In @ 185.
I Need To Gain Muscle And Cut, But What To Do First ?
I Wanna Be 205 Solid Muscle.
Please Suggest Meal Plans, And Workout Routines.
