    5x5 Question??

    for the rows on bills site it says go down to 90 degrees. Is it alright if im on a slightly less drastic angle around 75 degrees?

    Yes it is(i lift heavy 4-6 reps so if i dont stand at a lower level my lowerback come into play but i hit mid back perfactly

    I've seen a lot of controversy on teh 90° vs higher. The 90° folks tout more muscle recruitment, the more upright folks tought heavier weights for more muscle overload.

    My 2 cents; go with what feel best as far as thickening up your back. Keep form strict as always, etc.

    I seriously doubt many people actually do rows at 90 degrees......they may THINK they are at 90 degrees, lol

    Lee Haney would be the exception...he was easily at 90....probably greater actually
