I just got back from the gym where i did legs and cardio. I did sets of 385 x 8, 425 x 5, and 315 x 15, I have done it this way for a while, b/c it fires all 3 different muscles fibers. Anyway, today after the set of 15 i felt like absolute hell and threw up in the bathroom. My question is if i had eaten about an hour before did i still get the nutritional value from what i ate before my wokout. (tuna sandwhich, 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal, 100% whey). I appretiate the input fellas.
