    Electric Muscle Training

Is anyone using devices like Sports 400, electric shock treatment device which works your muscles with electricity. I'm using it for my belly area and seems to be working pretty good.

What's the optimal working conditions and types? Let me know. Is it good?

EMS is used for strength and recovery.

You'll have to register at charliefrancis.com and look at their recovery/regeneration forum, they got a huge thread all about EMS units and conditions for strength or recovery.

They're expensive though, there is a link to a $50 one (might be good, might not).
